And i wonder, still i wonder, whooooo'll stop the rain??

Its raining men? Unfortunately not, its actually been raining every freakin day for the last week, and its not necessarily raining so much, but its a little rain all the time, and its windy and cold. Think there's been a huge misunderstanding here. Thought we were in June, but really we have skipped over summer this year. Our dear Gods above has decided that, no no, we dont need summer up north this year, so we'll just skip to October.

However, in Memphis, its good and warm, and its 35-40 degrees celsius. I LOVE MEMPHIS ;¤

Its only 7 days left and im super duper excited!! ;-)) Im so ready to spend time with my hostfamily, my american friends, the dogs, at the lake, by our pool and yes everything over there is great, and not to mention going to the DAC. Ive allready bought lots of norwegian chocolate, and im bringing some norwegian beer, and im gonna buy b-day presents for my family but i have absolutely NO clue what to buy? I was going to make a movie, but i think i'll wait till later this summer. Im bringing my video camera over there so that i can make a movie for my hostparents ;-))

This week im planning to be quite busy, im meeting up with many of my friends, going downtown shopping, celebrating a colleagues b-day, tanning and chillin out at my friends house ;-) Im also gonna go to the gym and make good food. Love Life ;¤

TTYS!! XOXOXO, ISabelle ;¤

Summer niiiiights...

Why is it that it takes sooo long between each post i write? Ok, i am busy, but im very good at burning my time on doing nothing. Well, actually, i usually do something all the time..But ive finally taken my time to write a little bit. However, if i write a little bit every day i dont have to write three pages once a month.

Since the last time i wrote ive been working, exercising, celebrating national day and I went on a long-weekend trip to Riga (Latvia) with my colleagues from the Day- Care. It was awesome!!! The city was absolutely beautiful, and it was so "Clean" from other cities ive seen. Old, but beautiful buildings, weather was nice (except from one night when it suddenly said SWUUUUUSH and we got soaking wet. Crazy, but we got to take a bicycle-taxi which was super-fun because we dont have those in Norway. Poor guy who was cycling, it was probably one or two gears on his bicycles, and he was not really a muscle-man so he was worn out when he finally arrived at our hotel. Veronica and I laughed the whole way!

We went shopping pretty much every day, and we also got to go to a spa where we got two treatments each. I got an hour foot-massage, and one hour with facial cleansing, and massage. LOVELY! :-))

We have had lots of sunny days at work, and we have spent lots of time with the kids outside playing, and we've been going on fun trips and been barbequing and stuff. Love my kids, they're the best!! :-D Going to work is so much fun and i love my colleagues and all the kids. However, i am really looking forward to 6 weeks of summer-vacation. I havent had the whole summer off since i was about 14 years old. Im going for three weeks to see my Family in Memphis, and i cant wait!

I love the Moses family, they are so good to me, and theyve taken me into their home and family, and i feel like im their daughter but im studying in a different country and that im coming home once a year. However, this year im gonna try to go over there for Christmas. Once a year is too little. Its crazy how fast time goes. Its allready been two years since i got home from my exchange year. I felt like that was my place in life. That is where i belong. And not being able to be there every day, to see my hostfamily and hang out with my american friends is aweful. I dont belong in Norway anymore, as aweful as it sounds, it is the truth. I love Norway, and my friends and family here. But its something about USA, something that i cannot explain. The people is so sweet, so warm and loving, and all their traditions and habits, their school system, everything, their respect for others and yes, it is a beautiful country, and it is the country of hopes and dreams. I Love America <333

It will also be good to have 3 weeks at home too, even though im probably gonna be ready to work. Im actually getting pretty tired of working, not that its wearing me out or anything, its just that, i am looking for greatness in life, and i respect what im working with, but im always looking for new challenges. Im going to be a nutritionist and a personal trainer. That is my goal in life. That is what i really want to do. And i cant wait to study to become what i was born to become. Going to school again will be absolutely awesome!!

I only have two weeks left to work, and this week will hopefully go as fast as last week. Im driving 45 km every day to get to work, and its fun in the summer, but hopefully ill find an apartment to rent from this fall to next summer.. Im also trying to sell my car since it has been nothing but trouble since february. First i haid to pay about $ 800 to get it EU-approved, as a norwegian citizen with a car u have to get your car "approved" every other year. So if there is any major things on it that needs to be fixed u have to get it done. The i had to pay a annual fee which was about 500 dollars, and ive just paid 800 dollars to get a new petrol pump, and tomorrow im paying about 450 dollars to get new tires on my car. DJIZES its expensive to have a car in Norway! But im selling it and if i get an appartment i dont need a car, im gonna use my bicycle, even in the winter (i think :P )

Well, now its dinner time, and then im gonna exercise before i go spend the night at a friends house in the city since i start work at 06:45 am tomorrow morning :-)

Have a great day everyone!!
